1. Informal Resolution First

We believe in the power of open communication. In the event of any dissatisfaction or dispute regarding our services, the client must first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Project Manager or our support desk at vividcodestudio@gmail.com.

2. Formal Mediation

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to enter into formal mediation. The mediator will be a neutral third party mutually agreed upon by both ViViD Code Studio and the client. The costs of mediation will be shared equally.

3. Arbitration

Should mediation fail to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act (or applicable international arbitration rules for global clients). The place of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

4. Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

5. Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or our services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
