• Consent: When you voluntarily provide your information through our contact forms or interact with our specific AI-driven features.
• Legal Obligations: Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including those of ViViD Global Services' central auditing.

We collect only the minimum data required to deliver world-class engineering solutions:

• Identity Information: Full name, company affiliation, and designation.
• Contact Attributes: Email address, phone number, and physical office location.
• Technical Interaction Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs (processed through anonymous cookies).
• Project Data Assets: Information, logic, and credentials provided specifically for the assessment and development of your project.

ViViD uses your PII to:

• Initiate and manage software engineering projects.
• Provide proactive technical support and maintenance updates.
• Execute financial transactions, including invoicing and budget management.
• Ensure the security and reliability of our AI-driven automation systems.

Regardless of your geographic location, ViViD grants you the following global data rights:

ViViD operates globally from its hub in India. While your data is primarily stored in secure cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), we ensure that all international data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain the highest levels of security during transit.

We DO NOT sell, trade, or lease your personal information. We may however share your data with trusted sub-processors for:

• Cloud Hosting & Compute: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure.
• Development Workflow: GitHub, GitLab, Firebase.
• Communication Platforms: Slack, WhatsApp Business (for authorized support), Formspree.
• Financial Operations: Stripe, Razorpay, or authorized banking partners of ViViD Global Services.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. For completed projects, we keep project-related PII and source code backups for a standard period of 7 years to comply with global auditing and financial laws.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be posted here immediately and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of our engineering services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
