1. Quotations and Invoices
All project quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. Invoices are issued based on the project milestones as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). All amounts are quoted in INR (or equivalent USD/local currency) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment Methods
ViViD Code Studio accepts payments via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI (for domestic Indian clients), and secure online payment gateways for international credit/debit card transactions. All payment processing is handled through secure, third-party encrypted providers to ensure your financial safety.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are generally "Net 7" (payable within 7 days of invoice date) unless specified otherwise in the SLA. For major projects, we follow a tiered payment structure: 30% initial deposit, 40% upon interim milestone completion, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance.
4. Late Payments
In cases of delayed payments, ViViD Code Studio reserves the right to suspend development or hosting services after a 7-day grace period. Late payments may also incur a daily interest rate as defined in the master service agreement.
5. Third-Party Costs
Costs for third-party services (e.g., API subscriptions, cloud hosting, domain registration, Play Store/App Store fees) are the responsibility of the client and are not included in our service fees unless specifically documented.
